Messages@QuarternoteClub.com is our general distribution list.
BandTrip@QuarternoteClub.com is used for additional information needed by those attending the trip.
TxtMsgs@QuarternoteClub.com list is used for brief updates, including pickup time changes and cancelations.
TxtMsgs@quarternoteclub.com will not receive general notices, so you need to sign up for the other list(s)as well.
When you sign up for a list you will need to look for a Confirmation Email addressed as follows:
From: mailing list manager [mailto:majordomo@ml.1and1.com]
Subject: Request for confirmation of subscription to the mailing list [messages@quarternoteclub.com]
In the Confirmation Email will be a link to a webpage. You must click on that link, or copy it to your web browser, to confirm that you want to be on the mailing list. If you do not confirm you will not get mail. (This is to verify that we are not sending unwanted emails/spam.)
If you have a strong spam filter you may need to look in your spam folder for the Confirmation Email.
(If you use a whitelist, enable mail from "majordomo@ml.1and1.com")
If you do not get a Confirmation Email within 24 hours you can try to remove your name, wait 15 minutes, and then add it again.
