The Mr. D. Challenge!

Mr. DeMarro has been selected to participate in the Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo on June 21 and he will
be playing for the Queen!
He will need to learn all of his music and memorize it before arriving at the Tattoo. He will learn his marching
routine in two days. |
THE CHALLENGE: Can you learn all of your music and memorize it before band camp in August? DO IT!
That way the band camp week can be focused on the field show!

Weapons (rifles/sabres):
Weapon practices are not mandatory, however those who wish to be considered for a weapon spot MUST attend at least 5 of the 9 weapon
practices.

Orders for Giant gift cards are due once a month on the second Monday of the month.
Parents/Guardians - send a check made out for all the cards your student sells to "GVHS QNC" in with your student along with the
order form in an envelope (have others make out their checks to you then you make out a check to QNC).
Put the envelope in either the band or chorus lock box.
These $100 gift cards are used as cash at Giant stores in Pennsylvania and now the Super Giant on 202 in
Delaware.
Remember - a GIANT 4.5% of this goes into your student account!
